Each parish retains its own sacramental records.Requests for copies of sacramental records can be made for various purposes, including preparation for marriage, proof of eligibility to serve as a godparent or Confirmation sponsor, and other sacramental needs. Records may also be requested for genealogical purposes if the individual is deceased.
Records for sacraments celebrated at Immaculate Heart of Mary and St. Joseph the Worker churches are now maintained at Epiphany Parish.
Please note: Sacramental certificates can only be released to the individual named on the record or to the parents/legal guardians of minor children.
