Bulletin articles are due by 12 PM (Noon) on Fridays one week prior to the date you wish to have them published in the bulletin, unless otherwise noted.
Articles should be emailed to the Communications Coordinator at [email protected]. Please provide all necessary information for the article with the understanding that the article may be edited for length due to spacing limitations.
Please note: We understand that everyone has different writing abilities. If you need assistance with writing the article or blurb for the bulletin, please indicate this in your email and provide the basic information. Our Communications Coordinator can craft the message for you and clarify any additional information if necessary.
Bulletin & Communications Procedures
As we continue to streamline our communications across the Liverpool Catholic Community, here are a few reminders about our bulletin procedures:
All events must first be submitted to and approved by the Parish Office and added to the parish calendar before they can be approved for bulletin publication. This helps ensure that there are no conflicts with facilities, other parish events, or other scheduling issues.
Bulletin space is very limited. Because of this, graphics and flyers submitted with articles will be included as space permits. We may need to resize, modify, or omit graphics depending on the available space.
AI-generated graphics and flyers will not be published in the bulletin. The Liverpool Catholic Community has established branding guidelines to help maintain consistency and a recognizable visual identity across our communications.
If you need a flyer or graphic created for an event, please send your request to our Communications Coordinator at [email protected] at least two weeks in advance. More advance notice is always appreciated when possible, especially for larger events or materials that will be used across multiple platforms.
Graphics and flyers created in-house allow us to maintain consistency with our LCC branding and make it much easier to resize or adapt designs for the bulletin, website, social media, and other communications as needed.
